Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive

• Handle full set of accounts (AR, AP, BS, P&L and GL)
• Responsible for closing and preparation of monthly financial reports, including bank reconciliation, balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
• Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
• Liaise with Auditors, Tax Agent, Bankers, keep abreast of new government policy regarding financial reporting, payrolls, compliance and tax submission.
• Prepare tax computation and submission, year-end closing management account for audit purpose.
• Coordinate accounting functions and programs.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports.
• Prepare revenue projections and forecast expenditure.
• Investigate and resolve audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non‑compliance.
• Prepare all relevant tax returns.
• Contribute to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures.
• Perform other accounting duties and support junior staff as required or assigned.
