Are you passionate about leading teams, driving renewals, and building long-term customer success?

We’re seeking a skilled Enterprise Agreement Renewal Lead to manage a team overseeing the end-to-end renewal process for Enterprise Agreements across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a high-performing renewal team
Own the full renewal cycle — from planning to closure
Strengthen enterprise customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless renewal execution
Drive forecasting accuracy and maintain data integrity

What You Bring

10+ years of experience and 4+ years relevant experience in enterprise sales, renewals, or customer success in Microsoft domain

Familiarity with modern sales techniques and tools, including experience with Azure, Office 365, Dynamics 365, or similar solutions.

Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders globally

Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, or subscription-based business models
