Responsibilities
- SALES MANAGEMENT - Ensure new loans are in accordance to targets specified under the BC’s Annual Credit Plan. Review and track performance of the centre’s sales target. Provide guidance and advice to team members in implementing the Bank’s lending strategy.
- SERVICE MANAGEMENT - Ensure promptness of credit processing and reviews for accounts under the portfolio. Undertake the monitoring and review activities to ensure loan assets are in line with the Bank’s desired quality. Manage processes to ensure compliance to prescribed level of service standards.
- CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT - Conduct regular visits and meetings with top-end BC customers to enhance banker-customer relationship and service quality. Establish new business relationships and manage existing loans with a view to maximize utilization and reduce NPLs. Implement customer retention strategies and programs.
