Responsibilities
Financial Management : Prepare progress claims, payment certificates, variation orders, and final accounts.
Cost Estimation : Accurately estimate the quantity and costs of labour, materials, and machinery.
Project Planning : Develop cost plans, estimates, and cash flow projections to ensure project success.
Contract Coordination : Liaise and coordinate with sub-contractors on contract matters, ensuring smooth project execution.
Tender Preparation : Prepare tendering documents, measurements, and bills of quantities.
Additional Tasks : Perform any other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Educational Background : Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
Independent Worker : Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Multilingual Skills : Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, and English to communicate effectively with diverse counterparts.
Experience : Experienced candidates will be considered for senior positions.
