Responsibilities
Perform accounting works such as data entry, document processing and record keeping etc. To ensure sales report / purchase invoices attached with all supporting documents according to Company's policy and procedure. To liaise and communicate with suppliers, outlets staff and other departments to resolve any issues / discrepancies by e-mail, Skype, phone or in-person. Need to tally & reconcile the daily sales report from outlets. Other ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Ensure the confidentiality of all Company matters. Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma / LCCI or equivalent. At least 2-3 years of working experience within accounting. Experience in retail industry would be added advantage. Able to work under tight deadlines, meticulous, proactive, multitask in a fast-paced environment and independently with minimum supervision.
