Position : Senior Accounts and Admin
Location : Kuala Lumpur
Working Day : Mon - Fri (9am - 6pm)
Responsibilities
- Handle bookkeeping and daily accounting entries
- Prepare and manage Office Accounts and Client Accounts
- Assist in billing, invoicing, and payment processing
- Maintain proper filing systems and administrative records
- Support general office administration and clerical duties
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external parties as needed
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into accounting systems
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management
Requirements :
Bookkeeping qualification or equivalentAt least 1 year of working experience, preferably in a legal firmBasic understanding of legal office procedures is an added advantageFamiliar with preparing and handling both Office and Client AccountsProficient in Microsoft Excel, accounting software, and basic admin toolsGood communication skills, responsible, and detail-orientedInterested and qualified candidates may apply online or email your updated resume to :
