Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs aligned with the organization’s strategic direction.
Source and attract candidates through various channels and maintain a talent pipeline.
Coordinate interviews and follow up on hiring procedures.
Extend job offers and assist in candidate onboarding.
Conduct orientation sessions and completely new hire documentation.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
Training & Development
Assist in training needs analysis and coordinate training sessions.
Support on‑job training (OJT) development and maintain training records.
Industrial Relations
Advise managers on disciplinary matters and draft related documents.
Monitor attendance and work with management to address absenteeism and lateness.
Employee Relations & Administration
Manage new employee registrations, access, and welfare arrangements.
Handle factory administration including supplies, housekeeping, and licenses.
Maintain key control and employee satisfaction initiatives.
Organize employee engagement programs and company events.
Liaise with labor and immigration authorities regarding foreign worker permits and compliance.
Others
Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Requirements
At least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management or equivalent years of experiences.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience is required for this position. Experience in Contract Manufacturing is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self‑motivation.
Strong planning and analytical skills to align with the company’s strategic objectives and business goals.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with hands‑on experience.
