About the Role
We’re hiring on behalf of a client for an energetic and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to support a leading beauty & skincare FMCG brand . You’ll help shape product strategies, drive marketing initiatives, and grow brand presence in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve sales growth and market share targets.
- Monitor market trends , consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Manage product launches , promotional campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally on packaging, POSM, and event activations .
- Track product performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Top Skillsets & Requirements
