About the Role

We’re hiring on behalf of a client for an energetic and strategic Assistant Brand Manager to support a leading beauty & skincare FMCG brand . You’ll help shape product strategies, drive marketing initiatives, and grow brand presence in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve sales growth and market share targets.
  • Monitor market trends , consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Manage product launches , promotional campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on packaging, POSM, and event activations .
  • Track product performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Top Skillsets & Requirements

  • Brand / Marketing Expertise : Min. 4 years in brand or product management (FMCG skincare / beauty preferred).
  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking : Able to translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Creative Campaign Execution : Strong eye for branding, packaging, and promotions.
  • Collaboration & Communication : Confident working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proactive & Results-Oriented : Thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
