Job descriptionBuild strong relationships with potential and existing members to ensure satisfaction and retention. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and member interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Assist in organizing community events and member engagement activities.

Monthly Salary : RM1800 to RM3500

Sales & Marketing :
- Drive membership sales through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct tours of the club to potential members, showcasing our facilities and programs.
- Utilize sales techniques to convert prospects into members.
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to generate leads.
