We are looking for an Associate, Agency & IUTA Administration & Compensation in Malaysia who will manage the execution of operational matters supporting our Agency & IUTA businesses.
What You'll Do
- Maintenance of agency contract in structured and systematic manner.
- Processing of appointment letter, stamping of agency agreement and open agent personal file timely and accurately.
- Handling of agency enquiries and complaints.
- Compile, reconcile, update, and file the Statutory Declaration renewal form timely and accurately.
- Publish and administer agency circulars on daily basis.
- Data entry for new, re-sit and re-registration FiMM application.
- Registration and processing of FiMM Examination for retail consultants.
- Update of FiMM exam seat availability, and preparation of candidates and results listing.
- Accuracy of commission processing including commission adjustments for corporate agency.
- Ensure that monthly agency contest results are verified, and progress reports are published on time.
- Prepare aging report on outstanding payment (active and inactive agents) and issuance of collection letter to follow up on the outstanding payment and raise request for write off payment on inactive agents.
- Update monthly report(s) and other ad-hoc reporting as required.
- Ensure proper documentation and filling of agency registration documents.
- Conduct periodical Compliance matrix self-testing within the given timeline.
- All other matters which may be assigned from time to time regarding the handling of department’s projects and agency force.
Who You Are
A bachelor’s degree or professional qualification holder in Business Administration or any other related field.At least 1 year of relevant working experience within the financial services industry.Detail-oriented and meticulous in handling documents and applications.Adapts quickly to fast-paced and dynamic environments with the ability to problem solve.Reliable team player with strong time management skills.Proactive, results-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality work.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.Who We Are
