Job descriptionEngage with external vendors (outside Malaysia) to feature / promote products on their platforms. Reply promptly to emails and inquiries from vendors and partners. Drive digital marketing initiatives, including online campaigns and branding. Support the Director with scheduling, coordination, and client engagement. Communicate effectively with international clients (mainly the US & Australia). Handle ad-hoc and onsite tasks, including travel between the Management office in Subang and the shipyard located at Klang. Strong skills and proven experience in WordPress website design and management. Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Open-minded with strong common sense and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of digital marketing and international vendor engagement. Ability to reply professionally to international vendor and client communications. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure. Flexible with American and Australian business hours when needed. Must own transport (travel between Subang and Klang). Will you be able to reliably commute back and forth from Subang Jaya to Klang (Shipyard) for this job when needed English fluently (Required)
About the Role :
We are looking for a versatile and proactive professional who can manage our websites, drive marketing initiatives, and provide direct support to the Project Director. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle diverse responsibilities independently.
