Job Responsibilities :

• Client Acquisition : Identify, engage, and onboard new OTC clients (institutions, HNW traders, payment platforms).
• Sales Pipeline : Drive end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closure.
• Market Expansion : Develop go-to-market strategies for new regions (SEA, US, EU) and grow global client coverage.
• Revenue Growth : Work closely with product and ops teams to design tailored OTC solutions (API integrations, white-label, liquidity access) that drive trading volume.
