Role Overview

Responsible for delivering market research, feasibility studies, and consultancy reports for real estate projects and investments in Johor and the Southern Region. This role involves data analysis, client engagement, and report preparation to support strategic property decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Collect, analyze, and interpret property market data, economic indicators, and development trends
• Conduct market feasibility studies and highest-and-best-use analyses for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
• Monitor real estate transactions, supply pipelines, and pricing benchmarks in Johor and surrounding areas
