Job descriptionPossess a Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent; Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 2 to 3 years related working experience or financial service industry would be an added advantage; Accountability, accepting absolute responsibility for all tasks assigned; Good in time management and able to meet project deadlines; Highly analytical, motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills; Strong organizational skills, quick to learn new concepts and work independently; Flexible, resourceful and passionate in his / her works; Good command of English and able to write reports; Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Office. Job Description
- To assist the Manager / Assistant Manager in Financial and Management Reporting;
- To assist in handling full sets of accounts, prepare monthly management reports, yearly budget, analysis and information for decision making;
- To handle daily operational works of Finance Department including tax, e-invoicing and SST submissions;
- To assist the Manager / Project Manager in any other ad-hoc projects as and when necessary; and
- To assist in secretarial matters.
