SUMMARY OF MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Procurement Management : Oversee and manage the procurement process, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and compliance with company policies.
• Data Management : Collect, monitor, and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Asset and Expenditure Oversight : Monitor and manage the company's assets and expenditures.
• Financial Reporting : Prepare comprehensive reports detailing current and historical financial records for review by the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), Heads of Department (HOD), Project Managers (PM), and Group Finance.
• Financial Policy Implementation : Assist and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Compliance and Audit Support : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and support internal and external audits.
• Support Departmental Operations : Assist various departments and teams with their daily operational activities.
