Job Description

  • Responsible for product failure analysis in support of manufacturing needs and customer returns.
  • Provide detailed failure analysis report with root cause define, corrective action and preventive action on
  • the production failures / design improvements.
  • Prepare FA presentation slide to be shared and discuss with customer.
  • Develop effective trouble shooting guide for different product.
  • Operate and maintain analytical equipment.
  • Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing) or equivalent.
  • Candidate with failure analysis experience and problem-solving skill will be added advantage.
  • Required skill(s) : MS Office.
  • Fluent in English (Written and verbal).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyses the quality issues.
  • Able to handle work independently and self-motivated.
  • Willing to work extra hour, including weekend to support an urgent request.
