Penerangan pekerjaanCandidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing) or equivalent. Candidate with failure analysis experience and problem-solving skill will be added advantage. Required skill(s) : MS Office. Fluent in English (Written and verbal). Ability to troubleshoot and analyses the quality issues. Able to handle work independently and self-motivated. Willing to work extra hour, including weekend to support an urgent request. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Job Description
- Responsible for product failure analysis in support of manufacturing needs and customer returns.
- Provide detailed failure analysis report with root cause define, corrective action and preventive action on
- the production failures / design improvements.
- Prepare FA presentation slide to be shared and discuss with customer.
- Develop effective trouble shooting guide for different product.
- Operate and maintain analytical equipment.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior.
