ROLE OBJECTIVES : Engage in diverse projects and media, utilizing various software to create and develop innovative graphic designs that align with business objectives. Gather feedback from management to ensure designs align with company standards and branding, accurately convey ideas, and reflect the company’s image. Work autonomously as well as collaboratively with the marketing team to adhere to deadlines and organize project timelines based on the workload, which may involve handling five or more projects simultaneously. Analyze existing workflows, pinpoint shortcomings, and devise solutions to enhance design capabilities. Regularly update and manage internal repositories for designs, photography, and video content.
