Responsibilities
To perform daily vehicle service and maintenance intake, record customer concerns, and manage the service workflow efficiently.
To prepare job orders, coordinate with the technical team, and ensure timely completion and quality of repairs.
To handle aftersales warranty claims, prepare technical reports, and provide technical assistance when required.
To communicate clearly with customers regarding vehicle status, repair progress, costs, and any additional work needed.
To conduct daily briefings with aftersales frontliners and the technical team to review ongoing issues and improve workflow.
To ensure all service records, job cards, and related documents are completed accurately and in compliance with company and manufacturer standards.
To maintain strong teamwork with colleagues and management, supporting a positive and efficient work environment.
To promote service packages, parts, and accessories to customers where appropriate, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To continuously improve technical knowledge, product understanding, and customer-handling skills through training and self-learning.
