Overview
The Digital Media Specialist role focuses on account management and digital media implementation to support clients and drive advertising results.
Responsibilities
- Account management : manage client relationships and provide ongoing account management, understand clients’ marketing technology, and offer support and expertise to maximise their use.
- Provide technical and strategic support to clients to help them achieve the best results from their advertising activity.
- Provide analysis, insight, and expertise on our products and offerings; develop initiatives and tactics to drive incremental spend within the client patch and the wider team.
- Digital media implementation : implement digital media campaigns across display, video, mobile, social, and search advertising.
- Analyze data for reporting and optimize advertising campaigns; provide recommendations to improve results.
What You Bring To It
2–3 years of experience in digital media buying platforms.Experience setting up, optimizing, and reporting on a DSP or search engines; able to manage campaigns.Strong data analysis, attention to detail, and good verbal and written communication skills.Preferred skills in : Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager, TTD, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter.Planning experience is a plus but not required.Ability to learn quickly, adapt, discover, and test new ideas; thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure startup environment; desire to build a team from an early stage.What We Offer
