Social Media Specialist

HYGR is a fast-growing sustainable personal care brand built on refillable, eco-conscious products. From deodorants to lip balms and sunscreens, we craft self-care that’s good for people and the planet. We’re looking for an Ads Content & Email Marketing Specialist who combines creative storytelling with data analysis to drive revenue growth across paid ads and retention channels.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, script, and produce high-performing ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, and Google
• Analyse ad performance (CTR, ROAS, conversion rate) to optimise creative direction
• Manage and execute email marketing campaigns via Klaviyo, including automation flows, A / B tests, and segmentation
• Develop data-backed strategies for customer journey (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU)
• Collaborate with design, content, and performance teams to turn insights into action
• Coordinate cross-channel campaigns to drive both acquisition and retention
• Stay updated with trends on Meta, TikTok, and GMV Max tools to enhance creative testing
