Responsibilities
- Establish and develop new business with potential customers within the assigned territory / sectors and among assigned / named target customers.
- Conduct sales calls and customer visits in accordance with KPIs for the assigned territory / sectors, and record all visit reports in the Sales System (MS Dynamics) in a timely manner.
- Prepare GP and volume projections, and develop short- and long-term action plans to achieve targets.
- Execute the sales process, including pipeline management (sales cycle reporting in the Sales CRM system). Provide customer and target information, and maintain the Customer Relationship Management System (MSD). Collaborate closely with internal sales resources / experts such as Vertical Managers, Trade Lane Managers, and product teams to maximize the closing ratio.
- Achieve the agreed monthly productivity targets.
- Ensure successful client onboarding and implementation in collaboration with the operations teams.
- Support Finance in achieving the desired DSO target for the respective customer portfolio.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s products by attending and completing all relevant training.
- Adhere to the DSV Group Code of Conduct at all times.
