Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other Quantitative degrees Experience A minimum of 3 years project management experience ; preferably in e-commerce companies, consulting firms or tech companies Core Requirements Excellent spoken and written English with good communication skills Manage stakeholders across countries and backgrounds, and serve as intermediary between business and tech teams Demonstrated ability to assess, improve and reconstruct information and workflows, as well as able to analyse and structure data to extract relevant insights Great with number crunching and aptitude for data-driven decision-making and automation Intermediate gsheet / Excel skills (pivot, importrange, filter, arrayformula etc) Additional Requirements Experience with operational process improvement initiatives in logistics or relevant consulting experience is preferred Experience with Business Intelligence packages (i.e.
