About the role

K.K.I.P. SDN. BHD' is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join our growing team in Sepanggar, Sabah. In this contract role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full life cycle of construction contracts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

• Negotiating and drafting contract terms and conditions to protect the company's interests
• Managing contractual obligations, milestones, and deliverables to ensure compliance
• Identifying and mitigating contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve disputes and issues
• Providing expert advice and guidance on contractual matters to project teams
• Implementing and maintaining robust contract management processes and procedures
• Preparing detailed reports on contract performance and compliance
