Job descriptionDevelop and execute area-level sales strategies aligned with company goals. Identify potential markets, promotional opportunities, and partnerships to drive growth. Analyze sales data to forecast trends and optimize territory performance. Support marketing campaigns and events to boost brand awareness and lead generation. Ensure compliance with company SOPs, loan submission standards, and partner requirements. Coordinate with HQ for stock planning, pricing, and promotional activities. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through strong after-sales service.
1) Sales Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate multiple sales teams to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Oversee branches teams to ensure smooth sales flow from leads to loan approval.
- Monitor daily sales performance and implement strategies to increase conversions and productivity.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
