TECHNICIAN MAINTENANCE

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive maintenance activities of plant and machinery as per schedule.
• Attend to all plant and machinery unplanned breakdown.
• Verify daily maintenance check sheet.
• Standby for production in normal / overtime production hour as and when required by the superior / management.
• Update and maintain spare part stock after each repair / service activity.
• Solving electrical, electronic and mechanical issue of plant and machinery in timely manner.
• Fill / update related report, check sheet, schedule, form and list.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance store, work area and toolbox.
