Modern Workplace Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Workspace Engineer to join a leading global technology services provider. This role requires a high level of technical expertise and proven experience handling escalations, complex problem resolution, and leading initiatives within enterprise environments. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing modern workspace solutions, driving compliance and security, and acting as a senior escalation point across customer environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Level 3 escalation point for critical issues within the Modern Workspace team.
• Act as a bridge between customers, managed services teams, and consulting practice to ensure deep understanding of environments.
• Lead workshops that identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Take technical ownership of incidents, providing permanent corrective solutions through proper change processes.
• Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
• Provide mentorship, technical leadership, and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
• Collaborate with team leads and senior engineers to drive positive customer outcomes.
