Job descriptionLead and execute on-site commissioning, system integration, and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) of automated processes. Develop and finalize all system documentation, including SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and maintenance manuals. Train and mentor cross-functional teams (production, maintenance) on the operation and maintenance of new automated systems.
1. System Design & Implementation :
- Design, develop, and optimize custom PLC / HMI programs (Siemens platform preferred) to maximize manufacturing efficiency and reliability.
- Architect and build real-time production dashboards for comprehensive performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance systems to proactively reduce downtime.
