We are representing our client in Mining & Building Materials industry . As the company prepares for expansion, they are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Financial Controller (New Position) to be based at their HQ in Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee the financial management and group consolidation of our company and its four subsidiaries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, implementing internal controls, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting & Consolidation :

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements for the group in accordance with MFRS / IFRS.
• Oversee individual and group financial reporting processes and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with subsidiary finance teams to ensure proper consolidation of financial results and elimination of intercompany transactions.
