Outlet Supervisor

Job descriptionAge : 25–35 years old Ethnicity : Chinese or Malay (for language and team dynamic considerations) Experience : At least 2 years in the F&B industry with prior supervisory experience preferred Customer Service : Strong skills in handling customer interactions Education : Minimum SPM or equivalent Language : Good command of English and Malay (spoken and written) Others : Energetic, team-oriented, and willing to learn Vaccination : Fully vaccinated (min. 2 doses) Transport : Own transport preferred
Responsibilities :
- Maintain outlet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene in accordance with QAQC standards
- Manage daily stock receiving, ordering, and inventory tracking
- Provide excellent customer service and handle basic customer concerns
- Supervise daily operations and support the team to ensure smooth service
- Assist in staff scheduling and ensure adequate manpower during shifts
- Support the Outlet Manager in executing operational plans
- Ensure team compliance with outlet and company SOPs
- Submit daily / weekly reports as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or management
Requirements :

Pay : RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
