Job Description

Responsible for ensuring 100% uptime across NEXTDC’s data centres in Asia, this role leads facility teams to maintain grey‑space to high standards and provision white‑space to meet customer needs. The role drives operational excellence aligned with UTI Uptime Operational Sustainability Gold standards and champions continuous improvement to deliver industry‑leading performance and service.

What you’ll do

People Management

• Lead by example and promote NEXTDC values and a high‑performance culture.
• Manage in‑house and outsourced facility teams, ensuring appropriate resourcing across the portfolio.
• Provide coaching, on‑the‑job training, and performance development aligned with company competency frameworks.
• Represent NEXTDC professionally at internal and external events.
• Manage third‑party providers to ensure high‑quality performance.
