Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner

The Lending Product Owner will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our lending products. This includes ideation, development, implementation, and ongoing optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the financial services industry, with specific expertise in lending products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our lending solutions meet the needs of our customers and align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy and Vision

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for lending products
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats
  • Define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs

Product Development

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality lending products.
  • Write detailed product requirements and user stories
  • Ensure timely and efficient product development through agile methodologies
  • Oversee product testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure products meet quality standards

    • Customer Focus

  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continually improve lending products
  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly

    • Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Implement strategies to optimize product performance and drive growth

    • Work Experiences

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record of success in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on deposit products
  • Strong understanding of digital banking and fintech trends
  • Experience leading product development initiatives from ideation to launch, with a customer-centric mindset and a data-driven approach
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
