Job Responsibilities :
- Work closely with Product Managers to define and deliver features in line with product release plans.
- Gather and analyse business requirements using workshops, interviews, and wireframes.
Translate requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog to align with business value and delivery capacity.
Lead backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions with the delivery team.Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).Support testing and validation to ensure delivered features meet user and business expectations.Collect feedback from stakeholders and end users to drive continuous product improvements.Serve as the main liaison between development teams, product management, and operations.Assist in preparing product demos, documentation, and release activities.Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and promote product awareness across teams.Job Requirements :
Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or
equivalent experience).
2 - 5 years experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile delivery role.Hands-on experience with Agile practices and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.Proven ability to write clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with delivery tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
Exposure to enterprise or financial software environments is an added advantageKnowledge of Business Central will be a plus.
