Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field (Engineering, Customer Service, etc.)
  • Have 3 years experience in after-sales service or technical support.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Able to handle customer complaints professionally
  • Team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer phone calls, respond to emails and WhatsApp inquiries, answer customer questions, and provide high-quality service.
  • Manage customer information and order data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of system entries, including preparing quotations and placing orders for customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (such as logistics and technical staff) to ensure prompt response to customer needs.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback and suggestions to support business improvement.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the superior.
