Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field (Engineering, Customer Service, etc.)
- Have 3 years experience in after-sales service or technical support.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Able to handle customer complaints professionally
- Team player with problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Handle customer phone calls, respond to emails and WhatsApp inquiries, answer customer questions, and provide high-quality service.Manage customer information and order data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of system entries, including preparing quotations and placing orders for customers.Coordinate with internal teams (such as logistics and technical staff) to ensure prompt response to customer needs.Collect and relay customer feedback and suggestions to support business improvement.Perform other related tasks assigned by the superior.Benefits
