Job descriptionAt least a high school diploma (SMA / SMK or equivalent). Additional training or certification in construction / engineering is preferred. Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in construction project support. Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, or similar software (preferred but not mandatory). The Role
As a Remote Quantity Surveyor, your responsibilities include :
- Preparing cost estimates for building, road, and infrastructure projects.
- Calculating quantities based on drawings and specifications.
- Preparing Bills of Quantity (BoQ) and tender documentation.
- Conducting unit price analysis and comparing vendor / contractor quotations.
- Supporting project management in cost control and financial reporting.
- Coordinating online with engineering and admin teams.
- Menyusun Bill of Quantity (BoQ) dan dokumen tender.
