Accounting & Finance Manager

Overview

Location : Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The role requires a hands-on Accounting & Finance Manager to be accountable for leading and directing all finance and risk management operations, including but not limited to protecting and enhancing the organisation’s critical assets and financial health as follows :

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and communicate value, financial information and risk issues to Management.
• Act as the financial performance manager for the business and serve as a quantitative thought partner to the Management in building the culture of controllership, accountability, compliance, integrity, discipline and quality in financial accounting and practices.
• Responsible for driving change in the finance function organisation at large.

The individual is operationally strong, detail-oriented, and capable of managing and mentoring a small team.
