Job descriptionCan work in hot temperature and shifts. Strong problem solving and critical thinking. Organization skill and multitask. Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering – Industrial, Mechanical or equivalent. Candidate must possess at least a degree in engineering related. Good command of written and spoken Mandarin (required for liaison with China HQ), English, and Bahasa Malaysia. The working background of multinational companies (especially China companies) is preferred. Which of the following types of qualifications do you have? Which of the following languages are you fluent in?
Strong focus on process improvement, support preventive maintenance, and ensure safe and healthy working environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve management target for glass loss.
- Minimize process downtime.
- Analyze process parameters and support process improvement and innovation.
- Preventive Maintenance (PM) and process job switching support.
- Plan and assign daily job duties to workers involving line set up and control day‑to‑day production activities, production schedules to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly production reports.
- Other duties assigned by Manager / Head of Department.
