Job descriptionBachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Chemical, Material Engineering, or related field. 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in Quality Assurance or a related field within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of process validation, SPC, FMEA, CAPA, and Lean Six Sigma principles. Hands‑on experience in quality management systems (ISO 9001, GMP, or similar). Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Our Client :
We are partnering with a US based MNC that specializes in manufacturing advanced porous material solutions. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Senior Process Engineer as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute process validation, equipment qualification, and new product introduction activities.
- Implement process control systems based on PFMEA and ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Kaizen and DMAIC methodologies.
- Support root cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), and risk assessments (FMEA) to resolve production or quality issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering to enhance process performance.
- Provide technical guidance and training to production teams on process and quality methodologies.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations aligned with ISO, safety, and regulatory requirements.
