Overview
Responsible for daily e-commerce operations, including customer service, order processing, and after-sales follow-up. Manage and update product inventory to ensure accuracy. Assist in uploading new products and optimizing product listings. Communicate with logistics providers and suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Collect and report customer feedback to improve customer satisfaction. Perform other related tasks assigned by the management.
