Sales and Marketing Operations Specialist / Assistant
Handle customer inquiries, prepare breakdowns, issue purchase orders and sales contracts, and ensure timely approvals and proper filing.
Shipment Coordination & Documentation
Liaise with suppliers, customers, and shipping department to monitor shipment schedules, update ETD / ETA, and ensure all shipping documents are accurate and delivered on time.
Prepare customer invoices (USD & RM), confirm exchange rates, issue billing documents, and follow up on payments with proper filing and record updates.
Customer Service & Communication
Act as the point of contact with customers to provide updates on contracts, shipment status, and delivery arrangements; ensure customer requirements are met.
Filing & Reporting
Maintain organized records of sales contracts, invoices, and payment files; update master lists and generate monthly reports for management.
