Job Description : -Event Planning and Coordination : -Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion. - Support the Event Team in creating event timelines, schedules, and checklists. 2. Logistics and Operations : - Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and teardown. -Ensure all event materials and equipment are prepared and delivered on time. 3. Marketing and Promotion : - Assist in developing and implementing event marketing strategies. - Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns. - Maintain and update event-related content on the company’s website and social media platforms. 4.
