We are a fast growing company, on a mission to make learning fun and accessible among parents and kids.   Job Description :   -Event Planning and Coordination : -Assist in the planning and coordination of events from concept to completion.  - Support the Event Team in creating event timelines, schedules, and checklists. 2. Logistics and Operations : - Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, setup, and teardown. -Ensure all event materials and equipment are prepared and delivered on time.  3. Marketing and Promotion : - Assist in developing and implementing event marketing strategies.  - Create and distribute promotional materials such as flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.  - Maintain and update event-related content on the company’s website and social media platforms.  4. On-Site Support :   -Provide on-site support during events  -Ensure smooth execution of event activities and handle any issues that arise promptly.  5.   • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration). -Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -Passion for creating memorable experiences for children.   What do we provide to you for you to succeed? -You will have a fast career growth in this company as your performance will be directly overseen by senior management. -Hybrid working model, alternate days working in office and working from home -Office is located in KLCC area which is 10 mins walking distance from KLCC LRT.
