We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Specialist to join our team in the Banking and Financial Services sector. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service, support, and solutions tailored to their banking needs.
Location : Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Understand customer needs, provide product / service guidance, and deliver effective solutions.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product) to resolve customer issues.
- Educate customers on banking products, digital platforms, and self-service tools.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvements.
Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, or customer support, preferably in the banking / financial services industry.Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Willing to work on rotational shift basis.Seniority Level
