Overview
As an HR Executive , you will play a key role in ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies, policies, and operations. Your main responsibilities include :
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage recruitment processes including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
- Support employee engagement, training & development programs, and performance appraisal processes.
- Handle disciplinary, grievance, and employee relations matters in compliance with Malaysian labour laws.
- Assist in HR policy development, documentation, and implementation.
- Generate timely HR reports and analytics for management review.
- Coordinate internal HR audits and ensure HR practices comply with current employment regulations (e.g., Employment Act 1955).
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and support.
- Support HR administrative tasks and continuous improvement projects as needed.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar HR generalist or specialist role.Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws , statutory regulation and HR best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll software).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
