Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves demand management, candidate evaluation, stakeholder communication, interview coordination, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment operations, agency collaboration, and client / stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage recruitment demands and prioritize open requirements.

Assess CVs against job specifications and shortlist qualified candidates.

Collaborate with agencies, CDD (Candidate Due Diligence), and Hiring Managers (HM) for clarifications.

Share qualified profiles with Hiring Managers and Recruitment Teams (RT).

Coordinate interview scheduling, including backfill support where needed.

Follow up for interview feedbacks, highlight ambiguous feedback, and ensure timely closure.

Reassess rejected / failed profiles for alternate suitable demands.

Conduct weekly cadence meetings with Agencies, TA teams, and Practices.

Participate in daily cadence calls with Allianz stakeholders.

Negotiate with Hiring Managers on candidate acceptances (with PL support).

Work with TA on CDD negotiations to ensure closures.

Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards.

Manage team deliverables and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong knowledge of recruitment lifecycle and demand management.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work with multiple priorities under tight timelines.

Experience in agency coordination and candidate due diligence processes.

Proficiency in reporting and using recruitment tools / ATS.

Team management and client engagement experience preferred.
