What You’ll Do

  • Lead Conversion Efficiency : Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure efficient lead allocation and follow-up.
  • Referral Program Management : Design and execute referral campaigns (rewards, free classes, community initiatives) to activate existing users and generate new leads.
  • Sales Process & Incentives : Optimize sales SOPs and design incentive programs to boost team performance.
  • Data-Driven Optimization : Build acquisition dashboards, track conversion rates, CAC, and ROI, and propose actionable improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or user growth.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel / CRM / BI tools.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to turn plans into results.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
