What You’ll Do
- Lead Conversion Efficiency : Collaborate closely with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure efficient lead allocation and follow-up.
- Referral Program Management : Design and execute referral campaigns (rewards, free classes, community initiatives) to activate existing users and generate new leads.
- Sales Process & Incentives : Optimize sales SOPs and design incentive programs to boost team performance.
- Data-Driven Optimization : Build acquisition dashboards, track conversion rates, CAC, and ROI, and propose actionable improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business, Operations, or related fields.3–5 years of relevant experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or user growth.Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel / CRM / BI tools.Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; ability to turn plans into results.Proficiency in English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.Why Join Us?
