Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Translation & Adaptation
  • Translate and adapt video scripts, captions, and subtitles from Bahasa Indonesia to Malay.
  • Ensure the translated content maintains the brand voice and feels natural for the local audience.
  • Support basic copywriting for Reels, Stories, and Feed posts.
  • Production Support
  • Assist video editors with video editing, script alignment, subtitles, and translated text.
  • Help prepare content materials before upload (titles, hashtags, captions).
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth content scheduling.
  • Trend Awareness & Content Sourcing
  • Stay updated on trending Reels audio, hashtags, and formats.
  • Share relevant trends with the creative team to improve engagement.
  • Suggest adjustments to translated content so it matches current trends.
  • Content Monitoring
  • Assist in tracking basic performance metrics (views, reach, engagement).
  • Flag underperforming posts and suggest improvements.
  • Provide simple weekly updates to the team.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with video editors, designers, and the marketing team.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and give input on localized content.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong command of Malay and good understanding of Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Interest in social media content (IG).
  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and able to adapt content creatively.
  • Prior ads / analytics experience will be an added advantage.

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : Up to RM3,000.00 per month
