Requirements
- Individuals are required to be able to write and read Mandarin
- Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in a supply chain or logistics administrative role is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
Responsible for providing administrative and operational support across the supply chain process. Ensure smooth and timely flow of goods, materials, and information from suppliers to customers while maintaining accurate records and supporting efficient procurement, logistics, and inventory operations. Assist in preparing and issuing purchase orders (POs) to suppliers.Monitor order status and follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery.Maintain accurate supplier and product information in the system.Inventory Coordination
Track inventory levels and assist with stock control and replenishment planning.Generate inventory and usage reports for management.Logistics & Shipping
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers.Prepare and review shipping documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery orders).Ensure compliance with import / export regulations where applicable.Benefits
